Workout: HIIT (10-1)

You will do all exercises a-d for 10 reps back to back. Then return back to the top and complete 9 reps…follow this pattern until you only have to do each exercise for 1 rep each.

A) Burpees (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)

B) Jumping Jacks  (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)

C) Mountain Climbers  (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)

D) Ski Jacks  (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
