Workout: Get This Body Started

Start with Squats then for round 2 do squats + Bird Dogs – for round 3 squats + bird dogs + fire hydrants…keep adding on until you get to round 10 and are doing all exercises for 10 reps each. Note under “Reps” if its 10x total or 10x each side.
