Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: Take care of YOU! I figured out early on that in order to be the best mom (and wife) I can be I need to take care of myself too. I need to do the things that make me happy, like cooking a healthy meal or running every day. If I’m happy then I can be better for them. Do something every day for yourself, not because someone tells you to, but because you deserve it!
