Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom: I have been overweight my entire life and even while pregnant I never made the appropriate healthy choices. Pregnancy cravings were an added excuse to eat worse. Proud that after 44 1/2 years I finally changed my life for the better!!! I set small goals and just kept going after them, reach them and then set new ones. I used my children’s current weights when I started my journey as long term goals. Kayla was 68 pounds, Anna was 83 pounds but Tyler was 147 pounds. I never anticipated losing him however I stepped on the scale one day and I was down 149 pounds. That was the last time I obsessed over the number and now I strive to continue to build muscle and enjoy my accomplishments in clothing sizes.
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: YOU’RE NEVER TO OLD!!!
