Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: Finally getting on track with my health/fitness. I’ve lost 15 lbs since April and am back to pre-baby weight! I’m stronger and feel so much better. I have more energy to keep up with my busy boys while working full-time! I’ve learned to think differently about food and how it makes me feel. I made time for myself which has made me a better mom and wife. I’m also thrilled with my choice to become a Beachbody Coach. I now have the pleasure of coaching and supporting others on their health/fitness journey. They also help keep me accountable and motivate me!
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: Make time for yourself, even if it’s just 30 minutes. We need to be healthy all around for our families. You are a role model for your children and they will see you making healthy choices and in turn will follow.
