Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: I am super proud to be able to do pull ups, a ton of push ups, and deadlift my own bodyweight (140lbs)
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: Just do it! No excuses! If you don’t take care of yourself, no one else will! I feel like so many women make excuses not to exercise. I have so much going on with 3 kids and a job, but I can’t wait for my time in the gym. It just makes you feel better!
