Health and Fitness Accomplishment I am proud of: I ran my first Marathon on May 17, 2015, one year and three days after the birth of my first child. In this pregnancy I have run a 5k, 10k (18 weeks) and a half marathon (21 weeks) in official races as well as a number of double digit runs just for me. I am scheduled to run another half when I am 31 weeks pregnant.
Advice for other moms: I believe that life begins outside your comfort zone. Sweating helps me balance mamahood, pregnancy and full time social working…make time for exercise!
