Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: Don’t stop being active or working on your health when you become pregnant (unless medically necessary). During my first pregnancy, I let my eating get out of control and barely exercised thinking, “oh it will be so easy to get back into shape after I have my baby” HA! Little did I know how long it would take to lose the 50+ pounds I gained. This time around I have continued to run and lift weight and eat clean. I’ve noticed such a huge difference in not just my weight gain, but how I feel during this pregnancy. I have more energy and feel strong. Plus, I know eating clean and working out is so good for my baby! So, keep at it ladies!
