Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: I was not into fitness at all before having children. I joined Crossfit when my youngest was 2 and fell in love! I am proud of my strength improvements and my ability to do more everyday. Pull ups were a huge goal that took me over a year to achieve! I also have increased endurance and have completed several 5ks since adopting an active lifestyle!
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: Do not give up on you and recognize that making time for your health is important for you AND your family. You are a better mom when you’re taking care of yourself!
