Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: I had a very high risk pregnancy. I lost my first daughter at 22 weeks and was not allowed to do any physical activity with my second pregnancy. It took a little while but going from a sedentary lifestyle to becoming active again has been very challenging. Also, I am training to run a half marathon in August. So, being able to balance new motherhood and training is a struggle but very rewarding. I am very proud to be sticking to my goals and improving everyday so far.
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: Be the best you, you can be! This means make choices to be the most healthy and happy inside and out. A healthy happy mom is such a strong influence on children and their future.
