Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: I do crossfit 5 times a week. I lift 3 days a week. I worked out with my last 2 pregnancies. I am stronger in so many ways after my last 2 babies.
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: I think being in shape and being strong is good for your children to see so they grow up strong also!
