Advice for other moms: Take your time, don’t rush, enjoy the kid(s). Stay active with your littles, and be a healthy role model for your kids- they are always watching! Make sure to take time for yourself too so that you can stay mentally healthy for the family and yourself. Surround yourself with all the support you can get.
