Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: When I was a mom-to-be I was proud of myself for sticking with the gym as much as I did. I had morning sickness for all 10 months, and going to work out was the LAST thing I wanted to do ever. But the little bit that I managed to get done really helped me recover faster from my C-Section. The nurses said that they had never seen anyone walk in the same day as surgery before.
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: Just because your body is about to have a baby, or because there’s a little one who wants your constant attention, doesn’t mean you can’t find 30 minutes to yourself (even a few days a week) to keep/get yourself back in shape! There are so many ways to include that big belly or tiny baby in your workout. And it will be a lot of fun!
