Your Preferred Form of Exercise: I teach Spin and HIIT classes 4x a week. I love weight lifting and running and hiking as well. Quick and efficient workouts whether Cardio, strength or an interval of both have become what I do most often. 45 minutes or less.
Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: Overcame a challenging 4 day birth and complications for 10 weeks with nursing. Fed baby every 2hrs even through the night for 3 months so he could gain weight. I taught classes until the day I was induced at 37 weeks. Back down to pre-pregnancy weight by 6 months PP due to a clean diet, exercise and nursing. I teach 4 classes a week and train clients part time. I traveled overseas for 2 weeks with a 13 month old and I’m still nursing.
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: The best you can do is the best you can do. Only you (and your better half) get to decide what is best for YOUR family! “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6
