Your Preferred Form of Exercise: I’m a workout fiend and I love to run and HIIT train. I go to the gym 6-7 mornings per week. (Un)fortunately, I’m an all or nothing kinda gal so working out has become a way of life! I workout on my own at the gym, so it’s up to me to figure out what to do each day. I always run, at least 2.5 miles and sometimes I go up to 5ish miles. 3 times a week I do interval training and occasionally I’ll do ab work.
Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: Sticking to my workouts faithfully and losing 40 pounds since the birth of my 4th child in 2011. Losing the weight has changed my life in so many aspects, everyone is in a win situation in my house!
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: 
My tip or piece of advice would be to learn to put yourself first. Having 4 kids, I had to learn how to do that. It’s okay. Take care of yourself because in the long run, they will benefit too.
