Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: I was so down on myself through most of my oldest son’s first year. I was depressed! Finally after talking with some friends, I made the decision to get off my butt and get to it! I changed my eating habits, started PiYo, and made sure to stay active. Now I am so full of energy and nothing can stop me! I’ve lost the baby weight plus some and feel AMAZING!
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: Don’t be so hard on yourself. Dont wish, DO IT! Once you get started nothing can stop you! Do it for your baby! We’ve all been there and just need to make sure we support each other to the fullest!
