Children: RJ 15 months
Preferred form of exercise: Weight lifting
Health and fitness accomplishment: When I was pregnant with my son, I became lazy and ate everything in sight. I gained close to 90 pounds while pregnant, 15 months later and I’ve lost all of that and gained muscle! It was hard but so worth it!
Advice for moms or moms to be: Workout however YOU can. Eat right and do some sort of exercise. Even if that is just walking on a treadmill! Also, don’t judge yourself based on other people at the gym. Don’t get intimidated. Everyone has their own journey and everyone is in a different point in their journey. Take it one step at a time and you’ll get there!
