Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: I was picked to become a Master Trainer for PLYOGA fitness. I was always a dance instructor & teaching anything other than dance made me very uncomfortable. It was out of my comfort zone to try other formats. It was an honor to be chosen to represent the company as a Master Trainer.
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: Keep moving! An active & healthy lifestyle only helps with all things “Mommy”from pregnancy, to delivery, to postpartum.
