Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: There are SO many. The biggest was getting back into fitness after becoming a mom. It was a huge fear that I’d feel guilty for spending time for myself. But, my daughter LOVES long runs in the stroller! She loves the wind in her face and going fast -&- I get an amazing workout, sweat out the stress, and have gained my self confidence back! 😀
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: CARVE out time for yourself! Sign up for a spin class, yoga class.. have a girls night out once a week. Surround yourself with a community of women so you can have ‘Adult’ time! It is SO crucial for your sanity and happiness to have something for yourself that you LOVE and can look forward to every day or week! ..and RID that #momguilt !!
