Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: My goal after I had my first son was to be able to push him in a stroller so we could run together and finish a half marathon. I have accomplished both those goals and now push a double stroller with both boys! Finished a 5k Stroller race with them!
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: It’s so stressful being a parent, working, cleaning, etc but to be a MOM is the best and I wouldn’t change anything at all! Enjoy your time with them and play with them and workout with them because they will copy you and then you have workout buddies!! It’s so fun when they say, “Mom I want a medal like you!”
