Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: I am proud of finding time to stay active with my family while working full time and going to school. Also ,pushing myself out of my comfort zone when I signed up for my first Spartan Race!
Advice for other moms: Your children will learn from what they see around them so it’s important to set an example of what a healthy lifestyle looks like. Include them in making healthy meal plans and family activities. But be sure to find time each day to do something for yourself that makes you happy too! Don’t be afraid to take a little time for yourself because when you feel good and your children will benefit from having a healthy happy mommy!
