Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: I ran my first long race a couple of months after giving birth and was able to lose all 55 pounds of baby weight I gained during my pregnancy within six months even after giving birth.
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: My advice for new moms would be to find an activity you love and you can do with your children and know that you are going to have to make adjustments to meet your little one’s schedules, especially when you have a new baby. For me my favorite exercise is running and walking with my baby girl and it helps that she has learned to love riding in her stroller. Every day is a little different and we just play it by ear, some days we are able to get up and out the door and get our workout in early and some days we don’t get out of the house until much later in the afternoon.
