Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: I’m still working on this one. I’ve lost my pregnancy weight but I am not my pre-pregnancy size. I stayed pretty active and worked out until my last month. I’m convinced this helped the weight come off. However, I am still early in the game and learning how to balance being a mommy, housekeeper, wife, and employee. That’s a lot of hats to wear. But I’ve committed myself to getting in exercises wherever I can, whenever I can.
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: Don’t beat yourself up if you don’t follow the “plan” you had for yourself after you gave birth. Mine went right out the window! I know I will get back my strength and be at my pre-pregnancy size again. Be kind to yourself and be patient. And as a first time mommy, reach out to people for support! That’s what makes this community so can see you’re not alone and you can achieve your goals in due time.
