Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom or when you were a mom-to-be: The day I went under 200 lbs, being able to fit down a slide with my daughter. having energy to play with my daughter.
Advice for other moms or moms-to-be: Find an exercise that you love so it doesn’t feel like work. It’s slow and hard but it’s worth it. I suffer from anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, bad back bad knees but I keep pushing myself. All of them have gotten better with me watching what I eat and working out. As a mother you need to take time for yourself and distress it’s very important. Cortisol hormones(stress) can help make it harder to lose weight.
