Health and Fitness Accomplishment you are Proud of since becoming a mom: Becoming a Master PLYOGA Trainer! I’m also a personal trainer and instructor. I have completed Tough Mudder, warrior dash and other races as well. I love been able to work with people and change their lives through working out and teaching them clean eating. I also manage a fitness facility called Body By Michael G in Yardley PA. Being a mom of 5, four of which have special needs is challenging yet very rewarding. They are all very active and love to workout as well and play sports. We live a very healthy lifestyle through clean eating and using ISAGENIX to fuel our bodies with the most dense nutrition possible.
Advice for other moms: Stay positive in your journey with having children and living an active lifestyle. Find other moms that love what you have a passion for and make those connections. We are all in this together to up life and support one another. Don’t be hard on yourself because not one mom is perfect. Ask for help when you need it. Sometimes that is hard for moms to do.
