Add a little spice to your walk with baby by adding in these exercises at various intervals during your walk. Work up a good sweat and strengthen those muscles during your postpartum recovery. Disclaimer – Of course only attempt those exercises you feel you can preform safely and ONLY after you are completely cleared by your doctor to resume working out. Both Renee and I are 10 months postpartum and we both had a strong fitness base prior to pregnancy.
