Smoked Almond and Chickpea Salad Sammies

image1✨3 cups cooked chickpeas
✨1 avocado
✨3 Tbsp lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)
✨3/4 cup chopped red onion
✨1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
✨1/3 cup chopped celery
✨2 tsp of your favorite hot sauce
✨1/2 tsp salt
✨ground pepper to taste
✨8-12 slices bread
✨top with lettuce, tomato and Dijon mustard
✨3/4 cup smoked almonds

Add chickpeas, avocado, and lemon juice to a big bowl and mash. Some chunks are fine. Fold in the onion, dill, celery, hot sauce, salt and pepper, then mix together. Chop up the almonds and add them to the bowl. Serve this awesomeness on top of bread with lettuce, tomato and mustard
