After having my daughter, and becoming a mom of 2 under three years old, I truly began to understand what having NO TIME meant. Being an athlete my entire life I was dying to get back to training like one again, but my time was just so limited. Besides meeting with my strength coach once or twice a week, I was getting in almost no additional workouts at home. When I did, it was for 20 or 30 minutes here and there.
But after a few months I began to notice something.
My strength was improving and my endurance was coming back. At 6 months postpartum I was almost back to my pre-pregnancy lifts in the gym and I was only training 2-3 days a week. Then it hit me –
If I am improving my strength and re-shaping my postpartum body in just a few training sessions a week – I just KNOW there are other moms out there looking for the same thing. They don’t have TIME for the at home workout videos that call for 5-6 workouts a week. And so with that revelation the #MomsCanBeAthletes online Coaching Club was born.

I need healthy meal options I can go to daily that take me 30 mins (or less) to prepare. Something I can throw in the crockpot or oven and go on about my #MomDuties. So included in the monthly coaching club I will share with you healthy recipes and meal ideas you can incorporate into your training program. We won’t be counting calories or filling colorful containers – and the only reason why you would be eating out of plastic containers is because you packed your lunch to bring to work. No meal prepping – unless YOU want to.

There are a ton of fitness programs on the market and coaches/trainers with their philosophy on how to best approach health & fitness. The most important thing is finding the right program and right coach for YOU!
Q: I don’t have/use Facebook. Can I still purchase and be a part of the #MomsCanBeAthletes Coaching Club?
A: Absolutely – but understand that all daily access and coaching with me happens in the Facebook group. I will offer all coaching club members 40% off coaching calls/skype/facetime should you feel you need a personal check in for accountability.
Q: What kind of equipment do I need for the workouts?
A: You can definitely get by with just your body and a few pair of dumbbells (light/medium/heavy) but access to additional equipment is always a bonus. You can slowly add equipment to your “home gym” to include things like bands, stability balls, kettle bells, pull up bar etc. View this list for my top 10 equipment recommendations.
Q: Is there a contract I have to sign to be part of the #MomsCanBeAthletes Coaching Club?
A: No! The beauty of the club is that it is month to month. Try it out for 1 month to see if you like it or stay for a year! Once you sign up your rate never changes!* Monthly content remains in the portal for you to access month after month. This includes all recipes, workouts PDFs, workout video demonstrations, motivational video messages from me, etc – so, the longer you stay a member the more value to get! (*should you decide to cancel I will be sad to see you go, but please note if you decide to come back to the club you will have to sign on at the NEW monthly rate.)
Q: Do you offer any refunds?
A: No – As with any type of coaching there is give and take from both parties. I will give you 100% of me and I hope to get that same effort from you. Coaching is not a product that can be returned, put back on the shelf, and sold to someone else. Please also note that should you decide to cancel your monthly membership to the club – access to the portal and all all recipes, workouts PDFs, workout video demonstrations, motivational video messages from me, etc will be restricted.
