Pyramid Workout

For this workout your reps will start out low and each exercise you will gradually increase your reps until you reach your “peak.” Then you will go back down the other side of the pyramid and decrease your reps.


Push ups – 10x

Mountain Climbers – 20x

Alternating Lunges – 30x

Stair Runs (1 step) – 40x

Calf Raises – 50x

Jumping Jacks – 40x

Squats – 30x

Tricep Dips – 20x

Burpees – 10x
