Energy Bites

“I get asked the recipe for these all the time. THEY ARE AMAZING!!! And NO BAKING REQUIRED (a win for this chic). They are great for a pre-workout fuel, a sweet tooth fix, breakfast… your kids will like them. Such a great and easy snack.” – Jaime


* 1 Cup Shaved Coconut
* 1 Cup Quick Oats ( I use gluten free but could be any kind)
* 2 Scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla is best – but I’ve dabbled with other flavors)
* 1/3 Cup Honey
* 1/2 Cup Peanut butter (you could use almond butter, any kind of butter.. Im a fan of Teddys with Flax)
* 1/2 cup raisins or mini dark chocolate chips


I wet my hands and mix well. (if its not binding enough add a smidge more peanut butter.. you never really have enough)

Let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. Take it out and roll them into Golf ball sized balls. I store mine in the refrigerator but you don’t have to. Just an air tight container… ENJOY!!!
