October Whole Foods Challenge

We are entering into the month of when bad eating starts (“because of the holidays.” Darn that Halloween candy!) Here’s how to take on the challenge. Each day incorporate the whole food listed into your day. Could be simple like eating a banana straight or you could add it to your protein shake, etc. If you get to a food you don’t like/don’t eat/are allergic to then just chose one of the other foods listed on the challenge.
