“Here is my favorite healthy recipe (or at least one of them)” – Bryanna
Total time: 10 minutes
1¼ – 1½ c peanut butter (or you favorite nut butter) – depends on how oily your pb is
2 Tbs protein powder
2 Tbs matcha green tea powder
2 Tbs carob powder
2 Tbs shredded unsweetened coconut
2 Tbs coconut flour
¼ c pecan pieces
½ c cashew pieces
1-2 Tbs honey or agave
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.
(May have to add a bit more peanut butter so mixture can be easily formed into balls.)
Roll into bite size balls and store in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Servings: 18-21 Bites
