Homemade Pesto

Basil (I used about 4 stalks worth of leaves)

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1-2tsp lemon juice

1/4 cup (or less olive oil)

2 cloves garlic (take off the skin and chop them a bit)

((You don’t need a watermelon.. This one just photobombed my ingredient pic))

Take the Basil leaves off the stem, throw it in the food processor with all the other ingredients – and BLEND! I added half the olive oil and then added a bit more until I reached the consistency I like. Hubby doesn’t like it runny- and I just come for the garlic!
