Charred Avocado Cavatappi with Scallions, Heirloom Tomatoes and Feta

1. Cook the pasta
2. Halve and pit avocado
3. Mince garlic, thinly sliced scallions and halve the tomatoes.
4. Heat 1/2 Tbsp olive oil and place avocado cut side down and cook for 1-2 mins. Remove from pan and then cook scallions and garlic for 1-2 mins with another 1/2 Tbsp olive oil. Then add tomatoes and cook till slightly soft
5. Add cooked Cavatappi pasta to the pan with the veggies, add 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1oz feta
6. Top with avocado and cilantro leaves
