Cardio Strength Ladder

For this workout you will be alternating between a strength exercise and a cardio exercise. As you move through your circuit you will be decreasing the number of strength reps but increasing the number of cardio reps. 

 

Strength – Squats – 10x

Cardio – Burpees – 2x

Strength – Push ups – 9x

Cardio – Jump Lunges – 4x each side

Strength – Renegade Row – 8x each side

Cardio – Squat Jumps – 6x

Strength – Shoulder Press – 7x

Cardio – Mountain Climbers – 8x each side

Strength – Bicep Curl – 6x

Cardio – Plank Jacks – 10x

Strength – Squats – 5x

Cardio – Burpees – 12x

Strength – Push ups – 4x

Cardio – Jump Lunges – 14x each side

Strength -Renegade Row  – 3x each side

Cardio – Jump Squats – 16x

Strength – Shoulder Press – 2x

Cardio – Mountain Climbers – 18x each side

Strength – Bicep Curl – 1x

Cardio – Plank Jacks – 20x
