Babywearing Workout #1

Ok moms! Here is an easy to follow babywearing workout! You just want to make sure your baby is secure and fitting properly into the carrier. If your baby is too big to wear in a carrier (because they are 14, lol) you can wear a weight vest or just do it without any added weight. My baby is almost 10 months old and can sit up on his own so he has good neck control, but as you can see I am still holding him for added support during the exercises. Make sure when doing the side bends you pull your abs in first (imagine pulling your bellybutton to your spine then up towards your ribs.)
