The No Equipment, No Space, No Excuse Workout

You don’t need a gym membership to get/keep fit! That’s right ladies…push the coffee table over, move the laundry basket out of the way! If you have enough space to lay a towel or yoga mat on the floor then you have enough space to workout. I have been training one of my clients for the last 5 years in a small space between her dining room table and kitchen breakfast bar. Where there’s a will there is a way!
