5 exercises that you can do with your child’s toy OR medicine ball. If you don’t have a workout ball or med ball but if you’ve got little ones, I’m sure you’ve got a few balls lying around, looking something like this:IMG_8202Here are a few core workouts you can do with the ball- examples in the video.

Top left- ball pass crunch

Top right- v-sit pass

Middle left- Russian twists

Bottom right- lean backs (keep body straight, lean back and use abs to return to upright position)

Bottom left- knee squeeze crunch

Complete 3 sets of 15
