4th of July 3 Day Weekend Workout – Day 2

Before hitting up those BBQs today here is a quick and easy workout you can do from home. Too easy for you? Here are some ways to make it more challenging: Simply add a push up at the bottom of the walkouts, put an exercise ball under your legs for the hip lifts, preform the incline pushups on a TRX or other suspension strap system, hold a medicine ball during the toe touches, and hold a pair of dumbbells during the elevated reverse lunges.
